For 15 years You First Physio has been providing physiotherapy at the 成人大片.听 We are pleased to have two UC locations, the Undercroft and UC RecCentre.
We have a treatment room situated inside the UC RecCentre which allows the Physio staff to have full access to all areas of the gym.

How to book
Book online for Physio at the听UC RecCentre or the Undercroft.

Staff (Non-ACC) | Initial appointments $110 Follow-up appointments: $82 |
Non-attendance | 听$25 for missed appointments without adequate (24hours) notice. |
Payment will be taken via EFTPOS or Credit Card by your Physio at the end of your appointment.

How it works
- Visit听听or click the booking link above听to book your appointment.
- Upon arrival to the UC RecCentre, check-in at the reception counter. Our staff will direct you to our waiting room.
- Take a seat and the therapist will be with you as soon as possible.听
- You should have received an online consent form to complete prior to your appointment.听 If you did not receive this then please arrive five minutes early to complete a paper form before your appointment starts.
- Should you need to alter an appointment, please phone (03) 348 5359 and the You First Physio reception staff will assist you.
